Dishwasher:

Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and cookware. They also maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area and may assist with basic food preparation and other kitchen tasks.

Bar Back/Server Assistant:

Assisting Bartenders/Servers to ensure they have everything they need to serve customers efficiently. Their duties include maintaining a clean dining space for bar and dining room, knowledge of wines and menu, washing all bar dishes, drink and food runner, able to move quickly and efficiently.

Server/Bartender

As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar/service station area. You will interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Greets and seats guests, manages reservations, and helps ensure a smooth dining experience. Cleanliness, organization, and quick on feet.

Line/Prep Cook

18+ WITH 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Responsible for preparing and cooking menu items at a specific station (like grill, fryer, or sauté) according to recipes and standards. They work under the supervision of the chef or sous chef and ensure food quality, portion control, and timely service. Line cooks also maintain their station's cleanliness and organization, and assist with food prep and other tasks as needed
